Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable items such as:
- Numerology reports (PDF)
- Digital guides
- E-books
- Downloadable content
final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
If you experience any technical issues accessing your purchased digital product, please contact us, and we will assist you.
Online Courses
For online courses:
- Access details are provided after successful payment
- Once access is granted, refunds are not available
If you are unable to access the course due to technical issues, please contact us for support.
Consultation Services
For consultation bookings:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable
- Consultation services are provided for educational and informational purposes only
Physical Products (Crystals – Future)
For physical products:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
Refunds for physical products will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect physical product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and supporting images
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
